Field staff members are guaranteed both feasible and viable fundamental rights by Unique Adventure International. The primary goal of Unique Adventure International is to enhance the working efficiency of its staff by providing better facilities, thereby enabling our guests to enjoy trekking, tours, and mountaineering. The company commits to providing equal respect to guides, trekkers, porters, and other staff concerning social discrimination and racial injustice. As it has observed a great impediment to the operation of friendly jobs caused by racial injustice throughout the country, the company has maintained resourceful management to discourage such social discrimination and segregation.
Unique Adventure International promulgates the following guidelines for sustainable environmental tourism:
• Protective wells, trekking and mountaineering equipment, and shelter for staff will be used to avoid cold instead of firing.
• Using purified iodized water instead of bottled water is encouraged.
• Using campfires by our trekkers or staff is strictly prohibited.
Unique Adventure International extends its accordance to the following guidelines and hopes all to follow them:
• Medical care for all concerned staff engaged in the field will be provided by the company.
• The required equipment will be provided to our field staff.
• A restriction of not more than 30 kg loads for porters has been maintained by the company.
• A child under 18 is completely restricted from being hired as a porter in trekking operations.
Our Staff:
• Should have at least some knowledge about Nepal's history, culture, geographical diversities, and flora & fauna that existed throughout the country.
• Should be licensed under the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation.
• Should have experience and training for the proper management of tours, trekking, and mountaineering.
• Fluent communication skills and dedication to the customers' happiness.
