We are all safely back in Brunei. George is doing very well and back to his normal self. He has started working on the write-up on our adventure with Unique Trekking.

2. Sidar Lakpa Sherpa - The most suitable guide for our team. Experienced, easy-going, friendly, talkative, funny and very very resourceful. He even managed to get a cake for Cyril's birthday. Thank you Lakpa Koko for keeping our spirits up when we needed it.

3. Cook & Kitchen Staff - Good food. We will always remember them greeting us in the forest and blizzard with hot cups of drinks which tells us that we are quite near to camp. Thank you to Nigma (Cook), Gombu, Tenzing, Pemba and the two Pasang.

4. Porters - Although they kept to themselves, we had opportunities to communicate with them a little bit. We know that they always kept an eye on us to make sure we were okay. They even offered to carry Jerome's backpack for him. So Thank you to Barat Kumar Rai, Chatur Kumar Rai, Data Bahadul Rai, Ganga Ram Rai, Kumar Rai, Jid Kumar Rai and Perabin Rai.

Finally, a very very big Thank you to Lakpa, Nigma and the two Pasang for helping to get George down to safety and yourself for making all arrangements and then receiving and sending George to the hospital. You and your staffs always supported me during my trekking. And thank you for giving me your nice souvenir.
I enjoyed the trekking very much.
You may know I added the tow passes to the your company original route after starting trekking, I am very happy that I succeed in trekking the two great view point peaks and the three great passes in 15 days at my 68 ages. Especially the Kongma La is very sever route and I trekked 12 hours. The success of this time trekking will be my greatest memory in my life. I will never forget. I believe that due to the support of the nice guide by Mr. Rinjee Sherpa in your Company, I succeeded in these very heavy and deep severe trekking. If Mr. Rinjee Sherpa was not my guide, I could not made the great, wonderful and beautiful memories. Please transfer my best regards to Mr.Sherpa. I have a plan of Langtang trek next year.

Bhutan is a beautiful and stunning country! Although we cant say we experienced "spectacular" things, we loved the whole atmosphere, its very peaceful there, gorgious untouched landscape, extremly friendly, relaxed and curious people though - they enjoy to meet you and like to share, but they never hassled us.
Really everywhere you can feel the living buddhism - and this was a new experience for us compared to other countries. It comes across everywhere and its in the lifes of the people since centuries until now - and nevertheless Buthan is a country that is open minded for modern spirit and in a change.
The two guides did a great job, everything was perfectly organized, accommodation, food and also the car were really great and if we had a wish, our guide made it possible! So we visited a school spontaneously, joined a buddhism ceremony with a Buthanese family, changed plans for the last days and stayed one more night in wonderful Phobjika valley, and visited even a Buthanese "night club"...

So thanks for your help Unique Adventure International PVT.LTD, Director(Khum Bahadur Subedi) and organizing, the communication between us worked always very well and we highly recommend booking with you.

My Husband and I, along with his 15 year old son recently got back from an amazing trip in Nepal and Tibet. We need to send out a big thank you to Khum and his company for organizing us the adventure of a lifetime.
We used Unique Adventures for two trips at the end of 2011. We trekked to Annapurna Base Camp in Nepal with a fabulous guide and two brilliant porters. The trip was fun, exciting, well planned and we were well taken care of. There were no 'surprises' that you hear other people are often stung with.

We then used them to travel into Tibet, and overland back to Kathmandu via Everest Base Camp. They took care of everything, including flights and visas, and we were well informed of what to expect. Our Tibetan guide and driver were great people and we had a fantastic trip, made much easier being booked through Unique Adventures.

Both trips were catered to for our individual needs, and both were reasonably priced. The value was excellent and we made great friends with our guides. We have already recommended Unique Adventures to our friends back home, and have no doubt that we will use them again when we return to that region of the world.
